Meet Fia
Norco Resident for Over 30 Years
As a long time resident, I have developed a deep love for the unique qualities that make our town special. I grew up in the North Hollywood area, but I longed for open spaces and horses. In 1988, when I was 19 years old, I moved to Norco by myself, and I finally felt like I found “home”. I instantly fell in love with everything that Norco offers, including animal keeping, large lots, agriculture, and the strong sense of community with a rural lifestyle. I’ve been blessed to have horses ever since I moved here. I started my small business, Sullivan Appraisals, in 1999. As a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, I have a strong background in land use and zoning and will advocate for improved land use elements to protect our residential areas with large lot sizes. I currently serve as Chairperson of the Norco Planning Commission, the Norco Fair Committee Sponsorships Chairperson, and I’m a member of the Norco Horsemen’s Association and RURAL. I also volunteered with The Pet Prescription Team for 10 years, as my dog Duke and I got certified to do therapy visits, we did visitations at the Children’s Advocacy Center, assisting living care facilities, children’s reading programs, events for children with special needs and anywhere else that we could be of service. I am a very hard worker, and I will give it my all when it comes to protecting our rural way of life here in Norco. I believe that every resident’s voice should be heard and valued. I will always vote for fiscal responsibility, and I will be available to every resident.
My Commitment
I firmly believe in preserving our town's rural way of life, and I am fully committed to protecting our rural lifestyle for future generations. As a dedicated advocate and active community member, my aim is to serve and empower every member of our community.
- Boost Local Economy: Encourage Norco’s small businesses and recruit new ventures that support Norco’s lifestyle
- Youth Engagement: Advocate for more opportunities, events and programs for our young Norconians
- Community Involvement: I’d like to see regular Town Hall Meetings, so every voice can be heard
- Public Safety: Prioritizing safety with more deputies, support for Cal Fire and support of Animal Control
- Local Control and Financial Responsibility: I'll always advocate for local control and ensure fiscal responsibility, by voting in line with our Strategic Plan, City Charter and Municipal Code, to keep Norco, "Norco"
- Advocate: I am committed to supporting our veterans and seniors and will work tirelessly on their behalf
